Appointments & Cancellations
- We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before your appointment) will be charged a 50% fee of the scheduled service.
- No-shows will also be charged a 50% fee of the scheduled service.
- Please arrive on time — clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or receive a shortened service.
Deposits
- Select services or new clients may require a non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment.
- Deposits are applied toward the final balance.
Refunds & Redo Policy
- We do not offer refunds on services.
- If you are unhappy with your result, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can make adjustments.
- Product sales are final for health and safety reasons.
Children & Guests
- For safety reasons, no extra guests or unsupervised children are allowed in the salon unless being serviced.
